The Pavilion Conference Centre

Fomarlly know as the BMW Pavilion which opened it doors in 1992. The building in its hay day was home to the PavilionConference Center.
BMW sold the building and moved out in 2010 and the Conference Centre moved out to the Clocktower in 2012. This decesion was made after a length analysis of the business.
The Ballito Lodge and Conference Centre

Fomarlly know as the Signature Life Ballito Hotel which opened it doors in 2010. This property ran in distress after the liquidation of the former Managment Company
The Busniess was Analysed and a Conference Centre was dicieded to be built alongside the hotel to make the business competative. Whilst planning the construction and seeking the neccesary documentation for this, it was discovered that the property didn't have the relavent certificates and the process was unable to continue and the project was placed on hold.
